Iowa Hoarding is a fully enrolled Iowa Medicaid HCBS waiver provider. We provide chore services to clients on the Iowa Elderly Waiver, the Health and Disability Waiver, and the Brain Injury Waiver. We bill using procedure code S5120 through Iowa Medicaid Member Services.

We partner directly with case managers, Area Agencies on Aging, and managed care organizations including Iowa’s IA Health Link program. Our team is trained to handle the most challenging cleanup situations. Hoarding, gross filth, biohazard removal. We do it with dignity and professionalism

If you are on the Elderly, Health and Disability, Brain Injury, or Physical Disability waiver, your case manager can authorize us. The waiver pays the bill. You pay nothing.
